1. Who we are

This website is operated by The Commencement Group Inc. (“TCG”, “we”, “us”), a Texas corporation, 21750 Hardy Oak Blvd Ste 104, PMB 56003, San Antonio, TX 78258. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are placed through this site and paid in full at checkout by credit or debit card. Payments are processed by Square; we do not store your full card number.

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes noted at checkout.

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (for example, if an item is unavailable or a price is listed in error), in which case you will receive a full refund.

3. Pickup

Unless otherwise stated, orders are picked up at the ceremony or event location and date shown on your confirmation. Bring your confirmation (printed or on your phone).

Orders not picked up by the end of the event are considered forfeited and are not refundable, since our products are perishable and event-specific.

4. Cancellations, changes and refunds

You may cancel or change an order up to 72 hours before your event for a full refund. After that, orders are final.

Because flowers are a natural product, color, size and variety may vary slightly from photos. We may substitute items of equal or greater value if a product is unavailable.

If your order is missing, damaged or materially different from what you ordered, email us at info@thecommencementgroup.com and we will refund or replace it.

If an event is cancelled or postponed by the school or venue, we will contact you with your options, which may include pickup at a rescheduled date or a refund.

Should something unexpected happen, reach out and we will be happy to make it right.

5. Your account and information

You agree that the contact and order information you give us is accurate, and that you will not use this site for any unlawful purpose or attempt to interfere with its operation.

6. Our content

All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to TCG or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site and our products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCG is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this site at the time you place an order applies to that order.
